Arriva Trains Wales
By Sean Butler
Many many a time I have had a lot of trouble with Arriva Trains Wales and their ridiculously unreliable service! Once I was coming back from work and they dropped us off at Radyr (some random place) and said they were providing a coach to take us the rest of the way. Me and 20 other people stood in the cold waiting for about 20 minutes then soon realised there was no replacement service... Eventually we all had to share taxis back and Arriva Trains had nothing to say about it!! They regularly close down Queen St station due to matches and stuff so if you rely on trains to go to and from work in Cardiff just be wary. Expect to be let down by them basically. |
