Chicken and Mushroom Pasta Recipe By Sean Butler My Mum's Chicken and Mushroom pasta recipe....I call it Chickroom for short :) A very simple but tasty recipe, only takes about 40 mins including preparation! Serves 2 Ingredients: -2 Chicken Breasts -4 Portabello Mushrooms (the tastiest mushrooms to use for this dish in my opinion) -1 Flat Teaspoon Of Garlic Paste -1 Tin Of Homepride White Wine And Cream Sauce -Half A Cup Of White Wine -Salt + Pepper Method: -Dice the chicken breasts -Chop mushrooms -Put 1 tablespoon of oil into medium size pot -Add garlic paste -Fry up chicken and mushrooms until chicken is white, stirring continuously Then add: -Homepride sauce -White wine -Salt + Pepper -Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. -Simmer for 30 mintues This is one of my favourite dishes.
