Durban Curry Recipe

Hi all, another recipe for you that I got handed down from my mother. This time its a South African recipe called Durban Curry. Its not too spicey and you can always water it down if you're not a fan of spicy foods! I tend to add tobasco habanero to it to spice it up but thats me :) Ingredients: -2 diced chicken breasts -2 chopped yellow peppers -1 tablespoon oil -1 carton Durbon Curry sauce -Half cup of white wine -Salt + Pepper Fry chicken and yellow peppers until chicken is white. Then add: -Carton durban curry -Half cup white wine -Salt + Pepper Bring to the boil, reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice... Good luck!!
