Unkown Polish Recipe
By Sean Butler
Hi all here's a simple Polish recipe I picked up off a friend after tasting it. When I tasted it I was like WOW please give me that recipe. So here it is for the rest of you! -Cut beef into slices, the width of a sausage and about 10cm in length -Then pulverise it, don't break it -Then soak beef overnight in sour milk (you can pour fresh milk straight onto it and it will sour itself overnight, leave out on counter, DO NOT refridgerate) -Remove beef next day when ready -Cut slice of pork about same size as sausage to be rolled up in the middle of the beef -Place pork on beef and then roll and secure it with cotton -Cook in the oven gas mark 4 for 1 and half to 2 hours covered over with foil -After cooking for 1 hour, add the sour milk and beef stock cube dissolved in a bit of hot water Then enjoy!! |
